Package 3 – Off-Site Management & Execution
Our national resources and tour experience also allows us to plan tours without being on-site. Many customers know the goals of their tours, they have the internal staff to work the events, and they have the transportation and travel details handled; but they do not how to pull it all together. TPI will use our resources, venues, vendors, and logistical expertise from afar to connect all the dots of the tour. Our staff is frequently communicating with the client personnel on the road to provide real time solutions to unexpected challenges and updating all plans in real time. We compile all services and details for each stop into a concise program so the on-site staff has all execution details at all times to include set up details, menus and catering services, rentals, A/V equipment, tear down logistics, vendor services, etc. This is a very efficient and flexible tour option for our customers, as it takes advantage of our expertise while they effectively use their internal staff to support the event on-site and promote their own products.
